Rural entrepreneurs spoke about the administrative barriers in the region
Reporting meetings of directors of district (town) branches of the Chamber of entrepreneurs continue in the region. In the village of Sary-Ozek the Director of Kerbulak district branch of RCE Bolat Tastanbekov met and presented a report to the local business community. According to him, last year more than 3 thousand businesses and residents of the district were consulted on the opening and running of business. Of these, 52 applicants obtained assistance with compiling of a business plan to participate in state programs. 8 businessmen of the district received micro-credits totaling 48 million tenge within the pilot project of NCE "Business regions".
"Every year the trust of business to the Chamber grows. In 2016 we resolved the scandal of an entrepreneur Baigazy Teleuov related to a land issue and returned to him his 769 hectares of land. We have also removed the administrative barrier created by the local sanitary inspection. In our work, it is important to hear the voice of the rural entrepreneurs. Therefore, together with the prosecutor's office, government agencies, development institutions, we have traveled to all the rural districts, explained the essence of state programs, legislation on creation of agricultural cooperatives, organized consultations on the ground, submitted appeals", - said B. Tastanbekov. District Business Council, which was this summer, plays an important role in the discussion and resolution of issues.
Director of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs Lyazzat Chinkisbaeva urged government officials to engage actively with the local district council in solving business problems.
"The recent Address of the President of the country fully covers all areas of business and industry. Implementation of the priorities assigned to NCE "Atameken", branches of the Chamber will deal with implementation at the local level. Therefore, we are your partners, we have one goal - to develop the economy of the region", - said the head of the Chamber.
Akim of the district Bagdat Aliyev supported the words of the director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, he said that "he will meet frequently and actively cooperate with the Council of Entrepreneurs".
Chairwoman of the Regional Council Rimma Salykova, referring to the entrepreneurs also urged to talk more and to discuss urgent problems.
"The members of the Regional Council, Directorate of RCE travels to district not to show off. We came to know who puts sticks in the wheels of the entrepreneurs. As it is known, there are many administrative barriers in districts. But if not to speak about it and not apply to the relevant authorities, the situation will never change", - she said. Businessmen said that the barriers, mainly in the sphere of land relations, architecture and construction. According to them, the officials delay the consideration of documents. For example, the public authority has considered for three months an application of an entrepreneur for the construction of a store.
Chair of the Regional Council of Businesswomen Mamila Musabekova told about the contribution of women to the economy of the region, and noted that the Council strongly supports the initiatives of women. So, at the beginning of the month a businesswoman opened a new shopping center "Yrys" in the district, thereby creating work for 80 people. Manager of the Center for Support of Entrepreneurs of the Fund "Damu" Ibrahim Mendibaev shared with business innovations in the field of credit and answered questions of businessmen.
Head of the department of employment and social programs of Kerbulak district Aigul Dihanbaeva expressed gratitude to the business community. According to her, the businessmen have become a mainstay in the implementation of social programs and initiatives.
Also as a part of the reporting meeting, the members of the Regional Council, the Director and staff of RCE visited the farm "Shodiev".
"At the moment on the farm has more than 6000 cattle. Over the past five months, we have supplied to the shops of the district and the city of Almaty, more than 500 tons of meat. Now, we are planning to create a cooperative on the basis of the farm", - shared the head of the farm Faizullah Shodiev. Another agricultural cooperative under the name "Maytobe Et" will appear on the basis of meat plant "Akbulak". Director SP Bayasaly Akbasov told that the plant started in October last year and produces several types of meat products, which are exported to the markets of Almaty.
Overall, by the results of the meeting the entrepreneurs were satisfied with the work done by the local branch and made suggestions for the improvement of future activities.
