10 entrepreneurs of Aksu district received microcredits under the program "Business - regions"
This branch manager Ruslan Tursynov delivered a speech at the meeting on explanation of the provisions of the District Council of Entrepreneurs.
"Our district one of the first has filed an application for participation. Today, 10 entrepreneurs - beet growers have already received funds totaling 32.9 million tenge. Most farms have spent the money to buy fertilizer and equipment. Another 19 applications are under consideration", - said R.Tursynov.
The head of the farm "Alikhan" Berick Tynyshbaev received the maximum amount within the program. According to him, financial support with low-interest rate became timely support for business.
"I have been engaged in beet cultivation for a long time. But the first time I see such favorable conditions. The Chamber helped us to collect documents, experts provided us with consultations. We didn’t have to wait for a long time. I got 6 million tenge. I sent the funds on the purchase of fertilizers, the salary of the workers. As soon as I gather the harvest, I will start to pay", - added the landowner.
Within half a year the local branch also positively resolved 5 requests for land laws and the water supply. It should be noted that we had joint field meetings in collaboration with prosecutor’s office in Kapalsk and Karachiliksk rural districts. Off-site meetings were related to protection of the rights and interests of entrepreneurs, clarification of the provisions of the land legislation, the theft of cattle. The villagers and entrepreneurs were able to ask questions and to address the problems to the Deputy Prosecutor of Aksu district.
At a meeting with businessmen, Director of RCE Lyazzat Chinkisbaeva presented the position of the District Business Council and urged the business community to be active in the discussion of business issues.
It is worth noting that initiative on the establishment of district councils was supported by the local authorities, who thanked the Chamber for their active support of business in the district.
"The district council - the required body. It will promote development of good conditions for running business for SMEs, as well as to deal effectively with systemic issues. Most importantly, entrepreneurs themselves were interested in this. We, in turn, will give every assistance to the future district Council ", - said the deputy akim Bazarkhan Seilkhanuly.
