Thousands of students took part at the presentation about different professions in Zharkent at Humanitarian and Technical College
Branch of RCE in Panfilov district together with Zharkent Humanitarian and Technical College organized the presentation of professional-orientation work of the institution. It should be noted that the college is a member of the Roadmap of dual training. The main feature of the event was holding of professional-orientation lesson online, thanks to which students of Almaty region were able to participate in the presentation. In particular, teachers and students were told about the benefits and conditions of training in the field of "Computer Science", "Pre-school education", "Translation Studies", "Tourism and Hospitality".
A specialist of the branch of the Chamber in Panfilov district Nesikhan Zhazykbaeva noted that the presentation was a guide in the choice of future profession for graduates.
"Carrying out professional orientation work is one of the activities of the Chamber of entrepreneurs. We assist students in choosing a specialty, strengthening cooperation between educational institutions and businesses. Through the Roadmap of dual training a lot of graduates find jobs in their field", - said N. Zhazykbaeva.
In turn, the Director of Zharkent Humanitarian and Technical College Sara Temirbaeva spoke about the history and future of the institution.
"Our college was founded in 1977. Currently we train more than 1,300 students in 11 specialties. We have the most modern material and technical base. There laboratories, workshops, computer classes. I note that more than 80% of graduates successfully find a job in the profession. This affects close relationships with our partners", - she said.
For example, one of the partners of ZHHTC is a well known resort in the country "Zharkent Arasan". Each year students undergo internship, improving their professional skills.
The main result of the online presentation was positive feedback from students. So, students of Alakol, Talgar districts and cities Kapshagay expressed interest in teaching at the college in specialties "Translation Studies and Hospitality".
A branch of RCE in Panfilov district plans to hold another job fair for graduates and people with disabilities in late May. The representatives of the enterprises will be able to choose the future employees on the event of utmost social importance.
