RCE does not forget to support people with a strong spirit, persistent, who are eager to realize their full potential in business. Business courses were conducted before for people with disabilities. This time, trainers of RCE conducted a rapid course for deaf people for the first time in Kazakhstan - disabled people of 2 and 3 Groups with the use of sign language. The courses were formerly inaccessible for this social group. But thanks to the work done for the creation of equal conditions for the development, 25 disabled people had the opportunity to participate in the program of NCE. According to business coach Alexander Kuznetsov, the participants expressed particular interest.

"When the launch of such a course was announced, there were a lot of volunteers. Everyone wants to start own business, to work and to be independent. For a long time there is a need to create conditions for education and legal information of people with disabilities. Participation in this program will allow them to realize their potential, to discover their entrepreneurial potential, to improve the professional level", - he said.

During the two-day course participants learn how to build a business, how to conduct marketing activities, to promote a product, to develop a business plan. Riza Dauytbaeva works as a consultant at the branch of RCE in Tekeli. Last year, she successfully passed the sign language course.

"Business Advisor" includes economic terms and concepts, so it was difficult to translate and to explain it to the participants in their sign language. You also need to bear in mind that the course was new for them and they get to know first the basics of entrepreneurship. But, despite some translation difficulties, the students asked questions, took part in the discussion ", - added Dauytbekova.

Among the participants were five existing small businesses. 57-year-old Olga Ryzhkova - invalid of 2 group. I came to study in the project to get the opportunity to participate in state programs.

"I spent several years in the manufacture of souvenirs, toy dolls. Everyone likes, sometimes even that bought abroad. I want to expand the range of products, to further develop businesses. So I decided to take part in the "Business Advisor"", - said O. Ryzhkova.

At the end of the course, the students shared their future business ideas. Most of the participants expressed a desire to engage in horticultural business, learn shoemaking skills, to build a greenhouse and a car service. 64-year-old Alexander Popov participates for the first time in the "Business Advisor". People with hearing disabilities are inspired by the course have already decided on the future of business. "During these two days I learned a lot about the new business. It turns out, that it is not so easy to start a business. But I do not want to sit idly. My dream is to open a sewing workshop", - she said.

According to business coach Kairat Ongarov, during the development of a business plan for people with disabilities can arise difficulties.

"Now there is an acute shortage of sign language specialists. It will be difficult to develop a business plan for people with hearing disabilities. We need a specialist. But we are now considering ways to solve this problem. We hope that we will help to fulfill the dream of the people", - shared K. Ongar.

The project "Business Advisor" will last until November of this year. And this week the express courses is planned in Eskeldin and Koksu Districts. 50 people subscribed to it.
