Businesswoman met with members of the Political Council of the party "Nur Otan"

How "100 steps" of the Plan of the nation are implemented? What is the role of women entrepreneurs in the implementation of state programs? What worries the businesswomen and how party will help in solving their problems?

These and other issues were discussed at the site of the Chamber of entrepreneurs with the local business community, representatives of state bodies and NGOs.

The first deputy chairman of the regional branch of the party "Nur Otan" Galiaskar Sarybaev noted the importance of the role of women in society and the growth of the state.

"One of the priorities of our work is the active involvement of young people in the party ranks, as well as promotion of the idea of appointment of women to positions of leadership – cause they are not only effective managers or business executives, but they are less likely to give or to take a bribe. In addition, we should always maintain women with entrepreneurial initiative. As we can see, they are successful not only in the family, but also in the business, and actively participate in the social life of the country", - said Sarybaev.

Deputy chair of the branch of the Association of Business Women Lyudmila Kim noted that the joint work of the state, society and business creates good conditions for doing business, and thereby improves the position of women. So, she said, thanks to the work done on the implementation of gender policy, Kazakhstan was ranked on 31-st place in the world.

Continuing the words of the colleague, the head of the Council of Business Women of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs Mamila Musabekova added that the Council works closely with the Association.

"We're doing one thing, and that's it. The main achievement of the Council in the field of women's entrepreneurship is that we were able to create a platform for dialogue in the region. Now in these areas, we are in dialogue with local and state authorities. However, we note that the villagers need the active awareness of the measures of state support, availability of financing and other issues", - said M. Musabekova.

According to participants, money should go to rural areas through accessible methods. In the absence of STB in the villages and districts, high interest rates and collateral, it will be impossible to develop business in the village. Therefore, party members were asked to raise this issue before the deputies of the Mazhilis.

According to the director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs region Lyazzat Chinkisbaeva, public authorities should identify and remove administrative barriers so that laws work effectively.

"We should introduce to KPI of public bodies identification and elimination of administrative barriers. The laws should regulate those or other questions, rather than create new problems. The current situation shows that some normative acts contradict each other, because of this barriers", - said L.Chinkisbaeva.

The representative of the Central Asian University for relations with state authorities and the public in the Republic of Kazakhstan Raikhan Sisekenova drew attention of the participants of the round table to the lack of statistics on women's business, which does not allow to follow the overall situation.

"Of course, we do not share business, but to make suggestions and changes, we need research statistics on the number of women entrepreneurs, as they represent the industry and the scope of the reasons for closing a business and so on", - she noted.

The Council of Business Women asked the ruling party to assist in the provision of facilities for the joint project "Shop for thank you". Head of the regional party organization assured that he will solve this issue.

Now, the members of the Political Council are going to announce all these and other proposalsto the parliamentary faction of the party.
