Women entrepreneurs got together in Panfilov district
Regular meeting of the Council of Business Women meeting with the head of the Regional Council of the Chamber of entrepreneurs Rima Salykova and President of the Regional Council of Business Women Mamila Musabekova was held in Panfilov district. District CBW greeted new members. At the meeting Mamila Musabekov told about the current activities and future plans of the Council.
"We have created 19 district and city councils of entrepreneurs in the region. Each of them includes women entrepreneurs. Thus, we want to promote actively women's areas of business, to advocate state support measures. It should be noted that deputy chairman of the district council in the Panfilov district Suriyam Izimova is also the head of the district CBW under the Chamber of entrepreneurs. Therefore, an active work on promotion of the entrepreneurial initiative among women is being on in the district”, - said the head of the Council.
During the meeting was organized a special training of a consultant of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). According to her, the bank has launched the first in Central Asia program "Women in Business", a line of credit. In total, the Bank and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan allocate 3.7 billion tenge for 5 years on the program for the development of women's entrepreneurship.
The main conditions of funding of female entrepreneurship: the maximum amount of the loan - 550 million tenge. Loan term - up to 60 months; interest rate is 14% per annum.
"The share of women's participation in the authorized capital of the company-borrower must be at least 50% and managed by women, including those carrying out activities as an individual entrepreneur. Under the terms of the loan, at least 60% of loan funds will be used to finance projects in the regions of Kazakhstan, the remaining part will be distributed among the cities of Astana and Almaty ", - reported EBRD.
Women also spoke about the urgent problems and shared suggestions for improving the business environment. In particular, the pressing question remains innovations in liquor licensing, lending conditions of the second-tier banks, land acquisition, etc. Suriyam Izimova noted that consultation on these matters can be obtained from experts at the local branch of RCE.
Concluding the meeting, business woman in order to respond promptly to current issues decided to create online chat of CBW of Panfilov district and identified a number of further measures.
It should be noted that on the same day members of CBW actively participated at the first meeting of the District Council of Entrepreneurs with participation of akim of the region and representatives of the state bodies. At the meeting women made their comments and suggestions in the area of women's entrepreneurship.
