Yeldar Zhumagaziyev, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Atameken NCE RK told about the development of mass entrepreneurship in the region.

The governmental delegation headed by Bakytzhan Sagintayev, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, arrived in Kyzylorda region on a working visit, met with the core group and enterpreneurs of region.

At the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Atameken NCE RK Yeldar Zhumagaziyev shared his proposals in the field of entrepreneurship development in the region.

He noted that the Kyzylorda region is among the leaders in financing the citizens who completed training program on the Bastau project. Last year, 937 people were trained, 358 of which received funding and were able to set up or expand their business.

An important role in financing projects of unemployed and self-employed people is played by Regional Investment Center of Kyzylorda LLP. Since its creation, the Center has financed 339 projects for a total of 2 billion tenge, more than 1,000 new work places have been opened.

"The Center is a microcredit organization, and it is transferred to the Chamber of Entrepreneurs under trust management. Now it is the main financial organization in the region. The Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights allowed the functioning of this institution until 2019. After this time the Center will be privatized. However, considering that the Center is the main financial institution in the implementation of the Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship in Kyzylorda, we propose to postpone privatization until 2022, i.е. until the end of the implementation of the Program," - Yeldar Zhumagaziyev said.

Deputy Chairman of the Board analyzed the business area of the Katon-Karagai district of the East Kazakhstan region and noted that positive success could be achieved through correct determining the direction of activity.

As an example, he cited a 52-year-old entrepreneur who completed the Bastau courses and acquired 10 heads of cattle, selling 135 liters of milk a day, he reached profit more than 230,000 tenge a month, then bought equipment for cheese production and now his monthly income is more than 300 thousand tenge. It should be noted that the Atameken NCE RK Atameken conducts the same analysis in the Zhanakorgan district of the Kyzylorda region.

Also, the Board of the National Chamber touched upon the issue of specialists' training in colleges and brought to the attention of the meeting participants that in the near future the relevant proposals will be submitted to the Government.
