The leading educational and development center "INTELLECiTy" celebrates its anniversary
The educational and development center "INTELLECiTy" celebrates its fifth anniversary. Today the entire Taldykorgan region knows about it and it can rightly be called a visiting card of the city in the sphere of education and has become one of the best educational centers of the town. The founder of the educational institution is a well-known businesswoman, public figure, director of the branch of the Kazakhstani Association of Pre-school Organizations in Taldykorgan, Marzhan Akhmedzhanova.
Marzhan Muratovna recalls that the first day of work. Only five children attended the center. Today, INTELLECiTy annually trains more than 100 children and adults. "In 2012, on 1st of March, we were 3-4 people and met our first customers. Then there were only five children, but we honored them as best they could. I then told our girls that first we will need to work for a name, and then the name will work for us", - she noted.
Back then the teaching staff made every effort and became the leader in the sphere of the public and private sectors. At present, INTELLECiTy works for children from 1 to 18 years of age and conducts pre-school education, early development, extension, intensive courses, teaches English, mental arithmetic, teaches fine arts, and has a psychologist's office. Last year they held the І Eurasian Olympiad of the International Center for Mental Arithmetic "Intelligent Mental Arithmetic".
In 2016, Marzhan Akhmedzhanova opened a kindergarten "INTELLECiTy", which is also considered one of the best in the town. Kindergarten has become an experimental platform for students and teachers of universities and colleges. Educators are invited to conduct master classes and seminars. According to Marzhan Akhmedzhanova, the key to the success of the projects was her professional and friendly team.
"For the time of its existence, the center has achieved big success and gained popularity due to its non-standard approaches to teaching, both for toddlers and school-age children. The quality of the collective's knowledge is repeatedly marked by diplomas and letters of thanks of regional and republican leaders. Educators and teachers participate not only in republican, but also in international competitions, taking prizes", - shared the businesswoman.
