Colleges do not need theorists
30 teachers underwent training at enterprises in the past year
Now in the age of new technologies and ideas the industrial training has become one of the most effective ways of training. Training contributes to the consolidation of theoretical knowledge and acquiring new skills.
With the creation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs the focus is made on training and cooperation of education facilities with business entities. This is especially true for the organization of technical and polytechnic education (VET) as not a theorist should future labor workers, but teachers who witnessed and participated in the production and manufacturing process. Teacher – is a key figure in the learning process. Therefore, he should train skilled labor, which is in demand at the labor market, to study technology and innovation. To this end, the Chamber annually organizes training for teachers of VET schools on request at enterprises. For example, last year 30 teachers of professional and technical colleges have been trained at leading enterprises of the region. The course lasted 40 hours.
"Production Internship – is one of the important components of growth factors and the development of teaching. Currently, colleges do not need theorists, students are interested and use not only data from textbooks, but it is important to convey the real picture and examples. Therefore, upon application of colleges we organize production training each year. Upon successful completion the participant is issued a special certificate ", - said the expert of the human capital development of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs Ardak Kachkarova.
It should be noted that an internship at the production is free, other costs are paid by an educational institution. The main thing – is to apply to the Chamber of entrepreneurs. I recently there was held a regular training for trainer of the College of Economics and Finance of the town of Ust-Kamenogorsk Daulet Chindygataev. He underwent training in technology of manufacturing of lead-acid batteries on a single domestic battery factory "Kaynar-AKB". The teacher saw in reality the whole process of the battery assembly, he got familiar with the latest equipment for the processing of the former use of batteries. The most famous network of confectionery of Taldykorgan LLP “Fortuna food” hosted teachers of Sarkansk Polytechnic College Aigul Dosybaeva and Alena Bondarenko. For 40 hours, they have mastered the nuances and secrets of confectionery and bakery products.
In the near future, 11 masters of in-service training of Taldykorgan Polytechnic College will go for internship to the regional factories and shops. Education is organized not only on a regional scale. For example, in Almaty companies the two employees intend to undergo training on Energy and Tourism.
