The educational institutions of Almaty region continue career guidance work. Thus, in the Balkhash region for schoolchildren was organized a tour to the rice plant "OTES". The company was launched in 2003, and today provides the region with quality products. The complex works by German technology. It processes more than 30 tons of rice per day. And at its own laboratory analyzes and examines raw materials and finished products. Experts of the plant told about this and many other things.
“For example, this machine produces 3 tons of products per hour. Everything is automated. Our technologists supervise the processing procedure. We produce raw materials ourselves. We have 2 hectares of land, every year we grow rice there and get on average 6 thousand tons of rice", - shared the specialist of "OTES" Ernar Dauletkhan.
During the meeting, the director of the district branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs Borikhan Abdibaev, talked to the guys talked about what professions are in demand in the district.
"Balkhash region is heavily focused on the cultivation and processing of rice. Young agronomists and engineers are required for households and businesses. In the field of education – there is an acute shortage of teachers of mathematics and physics. Therefore, you have more time to decide and to choose the right profession", - shared Abdibaev.
Students met with well-known and successful entrepreneurs in the Panfilov district. The round table was held within the walls of Zharkent Humanitarian and Technical College. It should be noted at this college was opened the first career guidance office. Effective cooperation with the business contributes to the development of dual education. At a meeting with future professionals a member of the Regional Council, the director of LLP "Irada-balyk" Suriyam Izimova, businesswoman Kulgaysha Berdykulova, director of LLP "Kamkorlyk" Alen Zholdasov, chairman of Zharkent credit partnership Nazgul Ashirova, director of "Aybar" Lyailya Atimova and other businessmen told about difficulties and joys in the field of entrepreneurship. In her speech, Nazgul Ashirova noted that any business requires audacity and determination of man. Therefore, a business woman advised the students not to be afraid to take risks in life.
"I started the business with a small cabinet. Then we lived on the pension money of my mother, it was hard to buy a bundle of papers back at the time But, you know, no matter what the difficulties are, you have to believe in yourself and own capability. This partnership today has its own building, where 15 people work. To become a businessman, you need to work and work", - says the entrepreneur.
