Human Resources Department
Human Resources Department is a structural division of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - Atameken).
The purpose of the Department is the realization of personnel policy in the system of Atameken.
The tasks of the Department are:
1) increase labour efficiency of employees;
2) attract professionals to work;
3) motivation of employees on a long-term basis;
4) introduction of modern methods and systems of personnel management;
5) search, recruiting, assessment, training, professional development of personnel, the formation of personnel reserve, development of corporate culture in the system of Atameken;
6) ensure compliance with labour legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
