Department of Construction and Land Relations
Main objectives of the Department:
- provision of conditions for effective interaction between business - communities with public authorities on issues related to the development of construction industry and housing;
- The development of a consolidated opinion (position) of business entities and associations (unions) to address key issues in the field of Construction and Housing;
- participation in the activities of NCE in representation, protection of rights and legal interests of business entities in the sphere of construction and housing and communal services;
- promotion of the establishment of favorable legal, economic and social conditions for the implementation of business initiatives in the sphere of construction and housing and communal services of RK;
- other tasks stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of NCE.
Principal activities of the Department:
- participate in the collection, collation and analysis of information on observation of the rights and legitimate interests of business by the state bodies and (or) public officials in the sphere of construction and housing and communal services;
- participation in the collegial consultative bodies at the central state bodies, working groups, advisory councils, established on matters affecting the rights and obligations of employers in the sphere of construction and housing and communal services;
- participation in the formulation and examination of normative legal acts, affecting businesses in the sphere of construction and housing and communal services;
- provision of information on the issues of construction and housing and communal services for the formation of the Register and the Map of the problems of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- participate in the development and implementation of policy documents of state bodies for the development of the construction sector, housing and communal services;
- coordination of activities of business entities and accredited associations (unions) in implementation of the key issues of development of the construction sector and housing and communal services in accordance with the program documents of state bodies.
