Human Capital Development and Social Policy Committee
Committee was set up for the effective interaction of business-community with public authorities to meet the challenges of the National Chamber in the social sphere.
The Committee's task is to analyze and to develop proposals for the Presidium and the Board of the National Chamber on issues related to the social sphere and social partnership

Development of conceptual approaches of public policy in the sphere;

The development of human capital, including education, science, culture, sports, philanthropy;

The improvement of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in this sphere;

The development of proposals for the dissemination of the practice of social entrepreneurship;

Identification of priority problems in the sphere, requiring legislative and (or) organizational solutions;

The formation of a common position of the National Chamber on the main strategic directions of development of the industry;

promotion of the development and improvement of the education system and training of personnel for business structures;

participation in the development and implementation of policy documents of state bodies in the given sphere;

development and support of youth entrepreneurship;

development of proposals for the strengthening of cooperation with international organizations in the given sphere.
